I had a pleasant stay and truly enjoyed my time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional — a real highlight of the experience. However, I would appreciate more attention to cleanliness, particularly regarding the bed linens. I’m planning to return with my family in July, as I really fell in love with Copenhagen
