Michael “Wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Copenhagen”

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Metro so very easy to get to and from the centre, if you wanted to walk its about 25 minutes. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was very nice although our cocktails seem to lack continuity so perhaps more effort in this area is needed. The pool is very nice although we ended up sunbathing as we couldn't get near with children having fun but this wasn't a problem for us. Our bedroom was a lovely size although not enough room around the sink area for the ladies. Bedroom with the lights on was very dark, but we had the best nights sleep for the six nights we were there.

I loved the customer service - everyone I interacted with was very helpful and nice, going an extra mile to help and accommodate me and my son. I also loved the ecological body products and ended up buying some before my departure. Very good breakfast too!

Everything but particularly the staff and the ambiance. The hey made our stay so comfortable and inviting. After walking and exploring each day, we loved returning to the hotel to enjoy the facilities before relaxing g in the bar/longe area.
