The room was nice, the staff welcoming, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. There isn't much that one can complain about the hotel itself. Even if the hotel is outside the city centre, it is well connected with a metro station 300m away. Or you can always rent the legendary Copenhagen bycicles to navigate to the city centre. The elevators are fully and properly automatized, such that you never have to wait more than 30 secods to get one.

The room was not cleaned properly, cup stains on side tables that might need replacing and a general odour from the bathroom/ toilet.

The staff at reception was very friendly and professional. The property is located in a quiet area and very close to the metro station. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and a also a nice restaurant inside the hotel itself.
