Right on the beach.great view. Nice room. Girl at reception was extremely nice and helpful. Got me to cancel my booking so I could get a cheaper cash rate. Nearly cut the bill in half. Great gal. Many thanks.

The balcony with a view of the lake was amazing, as was waking up and seeing the lake through the large room windows. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. The location is superb. Plentiful hot water in the shower. We appreciated the in hotel laundry service. We will always be glad we chose Hotel Lago Azul.
