Really very friendly and comfortable, the people were charming. The whole place is very relaxed and calm and has a very good vibe about it, especially in the afternoons when you can sit in the garden in an easy chair or in a hammock and watch the baby llama and its parents Showers were relatively warm if you leave the water running for a little while It is 10 minutes walk into the centre of town or a very short taxi ride Rooms were warm and beds comfortable Very good value for what it is; Not a high-end luxury hotel, but a comfortable friendly and cosy family place to stay

Excellent view from the large windows overlooking the lake and lovely setting with gardens and llamas. It is a little walk from town but this is what allows a wonderful uninterrupted view and is quiet at night. Room was large and comfortable though floor could get very cold. Decent light breakfast served in the morning. Good value place for a stay in Copacabana

Loved the three resident lamas on the property. Cute hostel with a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast was okay, did the job.
