The bed was really comfortable and the family room was spacious. I think there was a mix up and we got given a larger room than we paid for?? They didn't speak English at all, so have a translator ready (like most places, this should be expected in a non English speaking country of course) but I felt warmly welcomed anyway. There was a good communal kitchen and they let us hang out after check out time so we didn't have to go out in the rain.

The owner is super friendly ans helpful. . The rooms are really big and the view on the lake is stunning. The beds were really comfortable. In the night it gets cold, but we had enough blankets, so we didn't freeze. The owner asked us the day after if we were cold to get us more blankets. Really friendly! The water of the shower was hot. The hostal also has a small kitchen to cook and a room with sofas to relax in the evening. It's really close to the lake, only a 2 min walk. During our stay on the Isla del sol we left the most of our luggage in the hostal, this was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place with lovely host! The room was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful view above lake Titicaca. Definitely recommend to stay here.
