Renovated but keeping its charm and character. Community owned and loved. Staff are helpful, happy and take pride in the historic building they work in. The food in the bar restaurant was excellent. The roaring log fire made the ambiance even better. Bedroom was small but very clean and comfy bed. Just what we needed for our overnight stay. As seniors we usually stay in en suite rooms. However the men’s and ladies toilets and shower rooms are large and modern. We are so pleased we decided to experience this wonderful place. To walk around the hotel takes you back to a bygone age with a modern way of life. Wonderful.

It fit the purpose of staying somewhere overnight on our road trip down from up north before heading to swan valley and the staff were great! Room was fine and the bathroom was clean.

The rooms are all clean and newly renovated whilst still keeping the Pubs authentic self in tact. The staff here are incredible, super friendly and accommodating. We checked in rather late and they even offered to keep the bar open for us to grab a quick drink before bed!
