The rooms were clean and comfortable and oozed an old world charm.The bathrooms were very clean and freshly done.The location was excellent, in a great neighbourhood and by the side of the road.The caretaker/manager Mr Williams was a dear soul who matched the old world charm of the property.He was also efficient and positive and responded immediately to any calls or matter that required attending to. Mr Prashant the owner's son,was also very helpful and went out of his way to get us directions for an alternative route for our return trip to Bangalore, and for guidance in securing our tickets for the toy-train from Coonoor to Ooty..the food at the suggested nearby non-veg restaurant was excellent..

Convient. great location. Absolute value for money. A nice option for short stay (won't recommend for long term). Everything is near by.
