Old outside but clean inside. Good size. Comfortable for myself and 2 teenagers in one room with one medium suitcase each. Enough power sockets for all our needs. Bathroom is spacious . About 6 min away from Cooma town which is fine. It’s quiet and on the direction heading to the snow

This was an inexpensive hotel, about 10 minutes from the centre of Cooma. I basically used it as a place to sleep. Everything worked as it should have and the room was a reasonable size. I would stay there again. The service station where I got the key provided a discount of fuel for motel guests.
