Conveniently located and late check in wasn’t a problem. Staff went above and beyond to assist. Melissa, who checked us in was incredibly helpful and helped us with a package that was left for us. Its staff like Melissa who make the difference.

I was reading a book about excellent customer service and how the details matter. I think found a pen in the room with 'Stolen from Nightcap' on it. Exactly what the book was talking about and gave me a giggle!
