Very clean (obviously quite new). Exceptional views looking over the town & right up the Endeavour river from its elevated position. Only one block from the Cooktown museum. Owner was on holiday, but when I emailed her, she immediately contacted her niece to supply a couple of items that I asked about. Very efficient. It was the best apartment of our holiday. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.
