We brought our own breakfast but dinner was great. Good food (limited menu). The main reason was to fly over Lake Eyre & the Painted Desert which did not disappoint. Our pilot,Alex was terrific. Thanks Alex.

Location, location - there is nowhere else to stay! Staff were excellent, everything seemed well coordinated, they were efficient and patient. The WC Hotel does well in an isolated location to provide a range of affordable accommodation, access to showers and meals. The standard isn’t high but equal to other remote areas we have stayed and it met our needs for a short stay to see Kati Thanda. Hot showers and laundry were appreciated.
