Perfect location and (room 6) nice view of the bay AND the castle Staff very helpful and excellent service, nice complimentary breakfast left by the door each morning

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, easy to check in and out, parking not too far away and both room and parking reasonably priced, spacious and clean room, had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Continental breakfast delivered to your door is a treat 😊. We stayed on a very hot Saturday in July, there was a fan in the room which was very welcome, room stayed lovely and cool all night.

Location was excellent right in the heart of Conwy. We were able to get into our room early which was a bonus as was the complementary breakfast. A really nice extra touch.

It was a lovely place to stay. Our room had an issue with the shower and within 10 minutes of informing the owners we were moved to a new room. The breakfast left outside our door in the mornings was a lovely addition. The restaurant is a great place to eat with amazing pizzas. Would definitely consider visiting again if we go back to Conwy
