The room had everything you would need in it . It had plenty of tea, coffee and condiments . Bottled water and a coffee machine . We were pleasantly surprised . The location was great and the fresh continental breakfast in the morning was perfect for us.

Location 10/10. View was brilliant. Wish we had more time to eat at restaurant, the smells of the pizza were divine! Parking could have been tricky but we lucked out in the vicarage parking round the corner.

The staff were lovely and friendly but the room left a lot to be desired, stained towels, a blocked shower that revealed the most dirtiest plug hole cover I have ever seen as we unblocked the shower. On a positive note the bed was comfy but it’s such a shame as the location is brilliant and you also get breakfast items left at your door the next morning. I wouldn’t stay here again purely due to the cleanliness

We loved everything and the vibe was great and we loved the pizzeria downstairs , even offered us breakfast. And it was close to a beach which was wonderful.

Great location, only a stones throw away from the Castle and town. The complimentary breakfast delivered to your room in the morning was a lovely touch and really nice. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissant and juice and a coffee machine in the room was just the icing on the cake for this stay. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Amazing location, next to the castle and a couple of minutes walk to the shore or to the town center and about five minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. A breakfast bag left at the door was a nice surprise. Only negative is that the room got a bit warm. Luckily a fan was supplied.

The room was quaint, clean and cosy, staff super nice and helpful, location is perfect in the center of Conwy with parking nearby.
