A wonderful historical building formerly a monastery. We had a lovely big old room with a huge bathroom. Very comfortable bed - simple furnishings. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable - all sat along a communal long table - bit of a wait at the coffee machine sometimes. One delightful evening meal. Great guided tour of the building

The staff were very friendly, and I had a unique experience given the location of the monastery. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, and even though it is summer, the location remains quite cool.

The hotel boasts extraordinary vintage architecture set against the stunning backdrop of the Sicilian countryside. The food is exceptional, with many ingredients sourced directly from the garden. The host's family so warm and welcoming while respecting guests' personal space, making the stay perfect.
