Great room with everything you need. Really appreciated the shared bathroom with the bath and enjoyed a long soak one evening. There were no other guests staying so didn't have to share the bathroom. Appreciated the box of cereal provided so I didn't have to go out to find breakfast options. Beautiful, historic area.

Lovely spacious clean bedroom with nice furnishings and nice bathroom! Well equipped space with tv, kettle, mini fridge, tea, coffee, milk and little extras designed for the well being of the guests! Best night sleep in the comfy bed!It felt homely but not cluttered. Wonderful host, very responsive and attentive providing all the details for an easy self check in and check out. Great location in a nice little village with plenty of woodland walks! Short 10 min drive to Falmouth with plenty of beaches and places to visit, 30 min drive from beautiful Lizard! Very good value for money, will definitely book again!

'We had an idyllic 3 nights at Val's place, we wished we could have stayed longer. The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall, within driving distance to all lovely attractions but in a tranquil village with plenty of beautiful walks, pubs and mini market. Lovely and clean bedroom with everything you need. Easy self check in. Friendly and welcoming hosts eager to help.'
