Central location, nice host and overall positive social energy in and around the property. Appropriate investment in room facilities (modern bath, sofas, desks for the type of my room). The property occupies all floors in a 4-story building. Per policy check-in is after 15:00 and checkout is until 11:00. I received without asking financial documents for the amounts paid at the property, supporting both card and cash options. Property offered 50% discount for a beach chair sitting near-by as the owners are also maintaining that business over there. My room was eligible for early check-in (as soon as 14:00).

The location is great, it's right in the center of the city so you get access to all the restaurants over there. Plus the sea is very close, too. Only a 10 minute walk and you're there.
