Our stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old Town was outstanding! The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, truly top-notch. The location is perfect, with the vibrant Old Town’s restaurants and attractions just steps away. The only downside was significant noise from a nearby pub, which was beyond the host’s control and impacted our stay. However, the host was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to address the issue and ensure our comfort. Their dedication, friendliness, and proactive efforts were remarkable, making us feel truly valued. Despite the noise, which wasn’t the host’s fault, we highly recommend this place for its fantastic room, prime location, and stellar host. We’ll definitely return!
