Loved the tranquility and the way the old buildings have adapted so thoughtfully and with such compassion, into an hotel. We loved the restaurant and the staff were all so friendly and genuinely nice. Loved the easy parking and how the rooms have been so tastefully double glazed in keeping with the theme and the air conditioning is excellent.

Unique place with its history, private capella, great stuff people, unique furniture and old items, like living in museum, great that owner keeps this place alive and preserved it in historical way. Also can swim in outside pool

The property is old and interesting with period furniture.The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

The breakfast was fabulous with assorted breads, fruits, yogurts, juice, tea, pastries, cereal, meats, cheese. Our room was on the second floor of the main lodging with its own living room. There were 2 shared living rooms which the other rooms also accessed. It was like staying in a castle and getting to use all the antique furniture. The dome bricked ceilings of the bathroom and bedroom were lovely. The bathroom had a tub. I loved the old armoirs, the inkwell on the desk, the leather chairs and all the little details.The restaurant is charming with its bricked ceilings and walls. The property is wonderful to stroll with its vineyards, orchard, tennis court, swimming pool, flowers, hedges and a bench to enjoy.
