Good location, easy to move around, yet not in very crowded area. Has parking arrangement.

Breakfast was good. Reasonable price for the selection. Room a good size for a stay of 1 or 2 nights. Minimal noise from main road when windows are shut as it is well insulated. Location walking distance to the city, river & lake. Can be located easily from train station.

A very comfortable bed in a very spartan room. But it's cheap and the bathroom was perfectly adequate. Very good location on the river and just 250m from the lake. 10 minutes walk from either Petershausen or Konstanz stations. And I could get a beer in the bar when I arrived at 23:40
