The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was wide ranging and the breads and pastries in particular were fantastic. The location in the old town is conveniently sited for accessing the shops and the train station is an easy walk about 7 minutes away. Our room on the fourth floor was clean throughout and, whilst a little basic, suited our needs perfectly. Nice bonuses were the free wi-fi and that all guests receive a complementary travel card for the region valid for the duration of the stay.

Location is excellent: in the heart of Old Town, 10 mins walk to the lake Staff were friendly and very helpful Top floor rooms have a super view above the roofs of Konstanz We had the suite: 3 bedrooms, living room and 2 balconies - excellent!!

Brilliant location, great value for money. Be aware the closest car park doesn’t take card. Lots of history. The breakfast was spot on for the price.

The beautiful paintings on exterior of this lovely historic building complimented with the modern interior has all you need for your an enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was amazing, fresh and plentiful.

The hotel is beautiful to look at and has a fabulous location! Both the night and morning staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the impression that the rooms were very clean. They could use a bit of updating, including Smart TVs. The price is very good for what you get- but I would be willing to pay more in this amazing historic hotel if the rooms were a bit more "special".

The girl at the reception has been so nice....she gave me an upgrade for the room....it was sach a beautiful room...the parking is for free 'till 9 a.m. 👍🏻

Delightful receptionist. Great breakfast. Wonderful Historicist Wilhelmine architecture. Stained glass windows retracing the town's history. Staff dressed alike in tidy uniforms. Paintings (not prints) lining the walls. Outstanding value.
