The hotel has no elevator and is not barrier-free.There are plenty of public car parks in the direct vicinity however none at all at the hotel itself.Guests can use the parking for approximately 25 EUR for 24 hours at the nearby Augustiner Parkhaus, the Lago Shopping Center or Döbele within walking distance away.Guests can use the parking at Tiefgarage Benediktinerplatz within 1-2km outside the city.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The hotel really has character it's family run and everyone was welcoming friendly and helpful. The location is perfect 5 minutes from the train station and lake and right by the Aldstat yet still quiet at night. My room was clean and comfortable. I slept really well. The breakfast was lovely. I'd definitely stay again the perfect place for exploring Konstanz

Location very good. Easy walk to ferries and railway station. Nice restaurants in the plaza by the hotel. Breakfast more than adequate. Individual coffee pots a nice touch.

Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely homely vibe through the way the building is decorated, and a great location right in the middle of Konstanz! On site parking was really helpful, as almost all other parking options in the city are as or more expensive (now that P+R Bodenseeforum has apparently closed)

Very good location , parking , very friendly staff, amazing breakfast , room very clean the only inconvenient is that the house is slightly shaking every time when a heavy vehicle crossing on the main street.
