Staff are over the top amazing, welcoming and helping ( to the hotel management: whatever you do, do not let those 3 amazing ladies leave the place before they retire) Location is good (not too central but also not far from the center) + has good bus connections Place is clean and looks new (or newly renovated) Room is very nice

super friendly receptionist, very knowledgable. Immediately realized what our needs were and recommended the perfect schedule for the next day and called a nearby restaurant, which just changed the chef, a star cook.

Mr Mueller is an incredible host. We had to leave early in the morning, even before the breakfast. In the previous night when we returned from the city tour, we found in our room a pack with fruits and sandwich. Next time in Konstanz, I’ll stay in Hotel Bella Vista again.
