We liked the front desk agents (Paulo checked us in and was lovely!). They were friendly, helpful and profesional! They also helped when we found a lost dog in the street close to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and modern. We liked that they gave you beach/pool towels and that there was lots of outdoor seating for breakfast. There were many plant based options for breakfast, they had numerous alternative milk options, and the roasted tomatoes were delicious! It seems this hotel is owned by Once, which is great. It was very accessible and we'd love to bring our elderly parents here in the future (although the calas are not that accessible since you must take a long set of stairs to teach the beautiful beaches).

We had wonderful stay at the Ilunion Calas de Conil and would be happy to visit again. Everyone from the staff was always friendly and kind, the bed was super comfortable and quite large, the room was fairly spacious and everything was very tidy and clean. The location of the hotel is really great because it’s situated in quite calm area and there’re no loud bars and busy streets nearby, there’re only nice villas and a wonderful path leading to the lighthouse of Roche and there’s a picturesque beach literally 50 meters from the hotel with wonderful view of the sea and nearby rocks. The choice at the breakfast buffet was absolutely adequate and there was plenty for anyone’s taste and you can have the eggs done according to your preference. The pool area was cleaned every morning by the staff and was never too busy so you could get a sunbed and umbrella always without any problem. There’s underground parking which costs 10€ per day but except the first night we could easily park in the side street next to the hotel free of charge. In the evenings there was always some entertainment or small party for the guests at the lobby bar and possibility for children entertainment next to the pool. We used the small gym 3 times and was also always clean and well taken care of.
