The fine print
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.
In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please note that all bungalows have a fully equipped kitchen but do not have a refrigerator. Food can be kept in the Hotel's refrigerator.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Wonderful surroundings inside Conguillio national park, huge and comfortable beds, friendly staff, cosy and good restaurant (for both dinner and breakfast). Possibility to book a hot pot and „rustic“ sauna.

We stayed in the cabaña and it if creaking annoys you, then you need to consider that everything creaks - the floor, the stairs, the doors. Our cabaña was for 6 people and if someone is sleeping downstairs, they will hear all the nightly calls to the toilet, since one WC is on the first floor, and two bedrooms are on the second floor. There are no electrical appliances (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, but food can be stored in the refrigerator in the restaurant kitchen). The kitchen is equipped to a minimum - if you plan to cook there, it might be a challenge except the simplest things. If not to count cabaña itself, there is a very nice space in the lodge building with cozy atmosphere, terrace and restaurant. The owners and staff are very attentive.
