Extraordinary nice, old, traditional building filled with antiques. Surrounded by a park at the outskirts of a beautiful village. Very pleasant 3-course dinner, traditional and good French cuisine. Very spacious and well-equipped room. Stylish old bathroom, still very well functioning. Friendly service. Good relation price/quality. Also well heated on a cold and wet evening in late October.

The property is stunning and has an amazing history as I was told by the owner. I had the pool for myself, the garden is amazing and the entire atmosphere of the place set you back to medieval times. A must for lovers of historic building and the history of the Order of Malta!

Amazing building run by a lovely hostess. In beautiful gardens with a pool. The hamlet is also highly interesting. Right on the river. Good food. It’s abit quirky so if you can’t cope with a few cobwebs or abit of clutter it’s probably not for you but we had a very enjoyable stay.
