The young woman in reception desk when we arrived was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very good value for money as it included a private bathroom, air conditioning and a buffet breakfast was also provided.

I loved how close it was to city centre. I loved that I could keep the window open and it wasn't very loud at night. I loved that the receptionist was able to assist me in Spanish and English if needed. She also helped me with booking a taxi a couple of times and it wasn't too expensive. There was a security fella there and he helped me as well with opening my phone to put in a Chilean phone chip to be able to communicate with family and friends.
