A wonderful place in the countryside to spend some comfortable and relaxed days. The staff is very attentive and friendly. You have the choice for lunch and dinner whether you prefer the traditional and cosy bar or the restaurant. The menu is varied and the quality of the food is excellent.

We were in Comrie for a funeral which the hotel did all the catering for. Lovely, friendly staff and excellent facilities. Recommended.

The Royal is a traditionally furnished hotel, with a Scottish hunting scene ambience. The room was comfortable, with plenty of hot water & tea/coffee supplies & a kettle.

Breakfast and dining rooms were wrong way round - the evening dining room was more like a coffee shop and the breakfast room was the more formal setting.
