It was 1 minute away from lake Como, 3 minutes from.station and a small super market and 5 mins away from boats departures - location cannot be better. You also have a few restaurants/bars right in the same next/mqin Street- 1 minute away. Stefano - the owner was super helpful with everything from extra towels to bags holding the last day. The bathroom was absolutely stunning and the mattress really comfortable. Honestly perfect stay!

Our stay at L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino was truly unforgettable – it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Stefano, the incredible owner of the property, made sure we had everything we needed. He helped us with parking, local tips, and fantastic restaurant recommendations – his hospitality was above and beyond. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a central location that made exploring Como easy and enjoyable. The apartment was charming, comfortable, and had that authentic Italian feel that made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay in Como. Thank you, Stefano, for making our time so special – we’ll definitely be back and recommend L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino to anyone visiting this magical city!

Had such a great stay! Highly recommend! The room was spacious, bathroom- felt like in best hotel! Stefano- the host, such a nice man! Let us to leave our bags before the room was ready, explained everything and the bottle of wine in the fridge was a cherry on top 👌 it was suuuuch a italian vibe, couldn’t ask for more! The location- just in front of lake Como! Just in few hundred meters you can walk to funicolare which takes you to Brunate, to see the sunset- highly recommended 👌 Stefano explained everything and gave us very useful recommendations! Greetings from Lithuania🇱🇹 thank you for making our stay in Como such an amazing experience!

The host was amazing !!! So easy to find and right on the front of the lake. Our stay was amazing. I would tell everyone book hotel it is soooooo good 100%
