Contact the property one day in advance to organize the check-in time (3-7pm) and the delivery of the keys . Full payment for the booked stay must be paid before or upon check-in.

You can put this information in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Upon request, the property also offers automatic check-in in the evening or at night, the request for which must be confirmed by the property. In this case, instructions for entry and use of the apartment will be sent in advance.
To obtain the instructions, it is necessary to send the documents of all the guests and a prepayment of € 200 via email or whatsapp.

Location was brilliant, very central for restaurants and activities. Air con in all rooms, very clean,. We had a 2 bed and 1 bed apartment. Host was very helpful.

The property was in an excellent location right in centre of Como & close to the lake. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay.
