The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but it is a great choice if you are on holiday and want to cruise up the lake. The lounge bar in the hotel is also great if you want to just relax in the evening.

Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to assist with anything! The breakfast spread was magical, as was our meal at Ristorante Raimondi, with wonderful hospitality. It felt like we received the royal treatment throughout this very special stay!

The service and hospitality of the staff was very impressive, everyone went above and beyond. The food was incredible, the lakeside location was amazing. High quality furnishings and attention to detail. We would love to go back.
