Pretty room, clean, comfy. The hotel is very close to Como lake, easy to find. Big parking place. Staff is super nice and super helpful

The host called us a few weeks earlier to apologise and inform that our room we had reserved would go through some renovations but offered to have us stay in their other location which was more of an apartment hotel. They also offered breakfast as compensation, so the host was friendly and welcoming. The other location was a little bit further from the city but still not too far, maybe around 20-30 minute walk. The room we got was very modern and clean, probably newly constructed and only a few years old I think.

The parking was amazing, very safe and comfortable. Close to the centre. Airco was good. Room was very clean and the hallway and entryway looked very good. Chat communication was also nice.
