Wonder little b&b, lovely helpful owners, nice location, clean comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast shame we were only there 1 night.

Aware of 4pm checking, arrived early in the rain, no one answered phone. Host unapologetic, total lack of consideration.If not for sympathetic neighbor would have spent 2 hours in pouring rain. This is a sideline for this uncaring host

It was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating and the staff was great. Very spacious suite and a very comfortable bed. There was also a pull-out sofa to accommodate a third person. It is located a block behind the cathedral so very close to the centre of the town.

We loved the split level accomodation wih the extra space for a couch, desk and to lay suitcases out. The highlight was Shana, who was exceptional in how she looked after us and our superb breakfasts (she made the coffee and scrambled eggs with cheese/bacon etc for us upon order), she also gave superb recommendations for food, clothes washing, day trips, gave us chargers when our phone chargers stopped working, and sorted out our taxi on the last morning. Its very clean, comfortable and close to the Como centre and promenade near the lake.

The service staff was excellent. She was very helpful showing us places of interest of in Como, taking our luggage to our room (up the stairs), preparing a beautiful breakfast, showing us train timetables. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very appreciated.

Lovely accomodation, in a very central location but nice and quiet. the room was a good size and very comfortable, really friendly and helpful host who showed us good spots to go to. breakfast was served on a large communal table which was social and there was a large choice of food available.
