Everything was excellent, short walk into the centre of Como or a very short train journey from the station next door to where you can catch the ferry or bus to explore the lake. Rooms very clean, great shower and comfortable bed

On our arrival, Gabriella gave us a warm welcome; she helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was not included. The host suggested where we could have breakfast or even dinner. Also, she gave us advice how to reach the Piazza Cavour by walk, where is the nearest bus stop close to the hotel, and even the nearest supermarket. Then, when we asked how we could reach the Milan Malpensa Airport, she kindly searched on the internet, and indicated what time we could leave from Como Borghi Train Station, where we stop to transfer onto the Milan Express. She, even gave us the platform number. The bathroom was very spacious. Bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, hair spray, etc were all available. Although, breakfast is not served, in our room, there was a tray with coffee, tea, an electric kettle. Also in the common air, there is a refrigerator. The hotel is so near to the Como Borghi Train Station, which is a bonus!

The location, right opposite the train station and no, it was not noisy. It was a 15min level walk to Lake Como, where all the action was. The accommodation was spotless and our host was amazing.

Good location, very close to the town and only a short walk from the lake. Pretty views from room & Gabriella was lovely. Recommendations for the area were super helpful & was at ease the entire stay.
