Avenue hotel is located in the heart of the historical centre of the City of Como. Upon check-in, you must present a valid photo ID and a credit/debit/bank card in the same name as the reservation holder. (Copies of IDs will not be accepted.)
The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.Our guests can reach us by car and we have parking facilities nearby. Our shuttle and boat services are happy to take you where you want to go!

Excellent customer service and attention to every detail. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel! Location also very good - only a very short walk to the lake, and right in the Old Town shopping precinct.

Lovely welcome from Deborah who showed us our room and gave us clear directions to our reserved parking. Amazing breakfast with incredible choice, good cappuccino in comfortable surroundings served by very attentive friendly staff.
