Great location, clean and tidy room, and friendly helpful staff. Very close to boat pick up, ferry terminal and a very short bus trip to the train station. There's also lots of restaurants within close proximity.

Good location with easy access to central Como, and very friendly and helpful host. The room was clean, air con was excellent on hot days, and it was nice that they provided beverages on arrival (water, soft drinks and a nice bottle of sparkling wine). It also has a lift so it's handy for handling luggages.

Superb location, fantastic view. 1 step away (2 min walk) from the city centre and from the Ferry. Not far from the rail station (18 min walk).

The location was in the heart of the town and steps away from the water. Stefano was an absolute joy. He gifted us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and even sent us restaurant recommendations when we asked for them. He was such a great host!
