Great location right in the heart of Como, amazing staff that could not be more helpful, especially Nicolette and Dianna, and my room was very comfortable. This hotel is a gem!

The location was perfect very central and super close to the Lake too! They also organised a boat trip for us which was the highlight of the trip! Breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean and modern. Special shout out to Diana who was on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay :) We were always sad when someone else was on the front desk, that being said all the staff were friendly!! Would stay here again :)
