The hosts were very friendly and helpful, rooms was lovely with beautiful view from the balcony, breakfast was amazing. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again.

Well located and very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. The Common facilities were excellent and the room quite adequate. The parking was also adequate but a bit tight.

This was the first time my Wife and I had stayed at The Poplars guest house although we have been to Combe Martin many times. The place was a revelation it was very clean and well equipped, it even had a swimming pool that due to the weather we did not use but it looked very nice. There was a bar that could have been in any old worldly pub, it was well stocked and excellent to relax in. The breakfast was chosen the night before and was expertly cooked with quality ingrediencies. The room was comfortable with the usual tea and coffee making equipment. We then get to the hosts Neil and Jan, they really were a lovely couple and truly wonderful hosts they both made my wife and I feel very welcome and we left feeling like we had been staying with old friends. The next time I am staying in Combe Martin this will defiantly be the place we will stay.
