Location to the beach and nearby high street. Could hear the sea in bed at night. Good wifi kept the kids happy. 25minutes from the nearest beaches of Ilfracombe, woolacombe, Lynmouth and 30minutes to Croyde. Owners friendly and also replaced a fridge that was faulty within 24hrs.
