The Annex is beautifully situated in a delightful rural location, yet is only a few minutes' drive from many nearby beaches and attractions - The host was on hand if needed but the Annex has total privacy. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout and although compact, doesn't feel cramped and offers a comfortable place for a short break - Gemma is very friendly and replies to messages or calls, we were made to feel welcome and under no pressure, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay - we recommend the Annex to anyone wanting a secluded and out-of-the-way break in a pleasant dog-friendly setting with a very cheeky cat who is a real character and will try to get in if you let him!

Fantastic location close to Conway very peaceful. My 1.5 yo daughter loved the donkeys and chickens and ducks. Annex was lovely beautifully decorated well laid out and very comfortable! Hosts Gemma and Scott were lovely too thank you !

location was excellent peaceful and quiet. perfect for us. close to Llandudno and other areas we wanted to visit. Bed was very comfortable, good shower, well equipped overall. Loved the farm animals and the little welcome pack on arrival. Nice touch!
