It’s spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and so cosy. From the two armchairs you have a fantastic view – on one side trees, meadows, and sheep; on the other, the Conwy River. Watching the sun set with a glass of wine in hand was pure bliss. The location is perfect for exploring Wales. We enjoyed beautiful walks (Aber Falls, Llyn Elsi from Betws-y-Coed), visited King Arthur’s Labyrinth, and explored Conwy Castle. Every place we saw was simply breathtaking. Kevin was a wonderful host – friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. The treats he left for us were such a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return one day to see even more of Wales!

The property was beautifully presented and very spacious. The view from the rear of the property was fantastic. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The information pack was very comprehensive. The location was good for touring around.
