It had access to a kitchen with fridge and kettle as well as cooking facilities. It is a large house with communal areas. The rooms are ok but mine did not have a table or chair. although it has the community areas.

What a wonderful accommodation! Without a doubt, the cleanest room we stayed in throughout India. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for peaceful and comfortable days in Colva. Location: Just a 5-minute walk from a local grocery store where you can find absolutely everything. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, surrounded by guesthouses, charming colonial houses, and a calm, authentic local atmosphere. The beach is about a 35-minute walk away we did this several times during our stay and truly enjoyed it. Cleanliness: The place is extremely clean, organized, and well-ventilated. Our room had two windows, curtains, efficient air conditioning, fresh and fragrant bed linens, and towels provided. Space: The ground floor of the building is reserved for guests, giving access to a fully equipped kitchen, lobby area, and the front outdoor space of the house. All areas are very well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you for making our days in Colva even happier!

Staff were friendly, room was clean, good shower with hot water & there is also a communal kitchen that can be used. Would definitely recommend!
