The location is excellent and the view of the ocean from the room is awesome. Hotel staffs were courteous, with special mention of Nuwan, the housekeeping boy for his humble behavior and sincerity. The breakfast spread was good with wide options.

I loved the train track view, it wasn't loud enough to disturb me. Received a welcome drink shortly after arrival. Check-in process was fast and smooth. Staff was friendly and occasionally asks if we needed help with anything, which was very nice of them.

The staff. So courteous. Special mention for Tuan, Ajith and Dalcy. Then the location and view from the hotel room. Service level from the staff is at the top. The room they first offered had some serious issues and Tuan was quick in getting the room changed and Ajith was right at the door immediately to move my bags to the other room. Dalcy is the serving staff in the restaurant. Quick and attentive.
