The villa nice and big. Comfortable for a family or bigger companies. Raj is very helpful. He is always there to help you. It is a quiet place so you can have a good rest. AC-s work fine in the bedrooms and there are fans for the common areas - living rooms, kitchen. Would return in the future and it is recommended for everyone.

We stayed in the property because of the close proximity to the Nugegoda town area. It was just a 10 minute walk. The owner was very accommodative for our requests. The property has a caretaker. He is extremely good and helpful. He is very friendly and made sure that all the amnesties and comforts were made available during our stay. Overall we are extremely happy with our selection.

1.We enjoyed the quietness of the areaq and perfect location close to all amenities 2. Raj the Manager/Caretaker will go to any length to assist in anything whatsoever to make our stay comfortable and he is a very good person.Highly recommend this place. 3. You can feel the positive vibes in this house.
