Best host ever!! We were greeted with great music from his personal record collection. At breakfast, he gave us excellent tips for exploring Colombo. We thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant, philosophical conversations. And to top it all off, he drove us into town in his car. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely change to stay with a local guy who wants to support tourism by offering something unique. Fabulous welcome, comfortable room, Excellent breakfast and Jazz too! The owner is fascinating, he has a collection of old cars and antiques and loves music. I wish we had more time to chat to him because he was so interesting The place is a little on the edge of Colombo but only 25 minutes by tuk tuk to Fort station and costs around 500 LKR. The area is totally local with some shops and cafes nearby
