We only stayed here for half a night after a late night flight, the check in process at 4 am was easy and the guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Nice colonial style hotel. Helpful and kind staff. Excellent Sri Lankan breakfast buffet. Worse room cleanliness, should be improved.

Location was good, 2 floors of rooms w/lift w/cafe, restaurant & bar all attached. Hotel has a long history in Colombo which I liked - it has beautiful wooden staircase and framed local photos. Note there are 2 sides & car park rooms are quieter but not as scenic as street side rooms.
