The room was enormous, I was so happy when we arrived! Everything was clean and tidied. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The staff was also very nice and hardworking. Thank you so much to the cleaning crew for making everything so comfortable!

This is the second year in a row in this hotel. Excellent location for those visiting the famous Christmas markets in Cologne. Clean and comfortable rooms served with lift. A very good breakfast and helpful staff.
