Second time we stayed here and would always come again. Ambience is lovely, breakfast good, staff very friendly, good location, out of the city centre but very accessible to Cologne. Views over the river are just lovely. Really clean and feels like home

What’s not to like ? The staff, the location, the room size and amenities therein, the lovely and spacious en-suite bathroom, and the lovely view. Bed was very comfortable and room cleaned every day - thank you. Breakfasts were good, very pleasant dining room, good choices for breakfast, not too far from train station, good chance for a walk and that gave excess to pretty much everywhere. Beautiful walks along the river and quite entertaining watching all the water traffics. People were very friendly. Would highly recommend - in fact, we are returning in December for another stay during Christmas market season!

A truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, on the banks of the Rhine, I was able to walk along the sand....heaven. The hotel is beautiful, the terrace for breakfast was lovely. The breakfast was 5 star. I absolutely loved it. My phone charger broke and I didn't have time to go to shops, staff gave me hotel charger to borrow and next day asked me again if I needed it. Staff were lovely, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this gorgeous hotel enough.
