Fantastic location with easy access to public transport - right next to Rudolfplatz tram and metro stops. Big room and good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely staff, especially the friendly staff in the breakfast room. Great location too, small Christmas market right outside, walking distance into the city centre, and tram line if you need that.

I have stayed at this property many times, and this was my fifth visit, which shows how much I normally like this hotel. The staff are generally kind, professional, and welcoming, and in the past everything has always met my expectations. However, this time my experience was deeply disappointing. For the first time, I encountered a serious issue with my room, which was not clean at all. This completely overshadowed what has otherwise been a very positive history with the hotel. I was truly shocked, as this level of cleanliness is far below the standard I have always known here. It turned what should have been another comfortable stay into a very unpleasant and upsetting experience.
