The staff at reception were so nice and forthcoming, they even arranged for us to get our room at 12pm instead of 3pm! The hotel is super clean and well maintained, the location is ideal for Koeln Messe visitors.

Top notch hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and upon arrival they made sure we could still stay and get a nice room.

Staff all very friendly, any requests dealt with promptly. I was very lucky to also get a slightly extended late check-out due to having a late flight and plans in the city first, which was appreciated. Spacious room with everything I needed.

The location was great. We attended a trade fair at Koelnmesse, and the hotel was very close to the venue.
