The hotel is in the central location and the main attractions like the Cathedral, the Rheine river and the bridges as well as the railway station can be reached on foot. The check in process was fast and the staff was sociable and polite. Here I would like to give credit to the staff member Ms Alina Struve who favourably solved the problem we encountered. The room was spotless and the bathroom was big enough. The fridge with gratis juice, water and beer refilled each day was another plus. The breakfast was superb. A great choice of food for any taste.

The staff were helpful in allowing me to change rooms when I explained the heat in my room wasn't working. Taxi facilities right outside the hotel and if not, uber eats can deliver right to the lobby for you with no issues. Great central location close to cafes, restaurants, trams stations and the city centre.

Good location which was a 15 minute walk from the main train station, the hotel itself was very welcoming with fabulous staff and the room was quite comfortable with a pleasant view which also allowed us to see the spires of the utterly majestic Köln Cathedral.
